Please Call Us For Am RMA Number Before Returning Any Parts,
You will need the invoice number located on the top right hand side of your invoice. All returns/exchanges must have a copy of the invoice and a RMA # enclosed to be processed.
Any returns without proper paperwork will be refused and returned back to you at your expense.
Any parts that have been used, installed, altered and not returned in the original new and clean packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any dirty or damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.
Any parts returned must be new/unused and in original and clean manufacture packaging, returned packaging cannot have any other writing on it. It must be returned the same condition that you received it.
Special Sales:
We occasionally may offer special sale promotions via email only. These sales are random and will not back date to prior orders or will apply to prior existing orders on back order. They will apply to new orders placed between the posted time period only. We reserve the right to limit quantities on sale items.
Sale prices will not apply to vehicles, oils, lubricants, rebuilt parts, close out items or dealer pricing. Web sales do not apply to phone, dealers or walk in sales.
Shipping Charges, Address Corrections, Signature Options
Shipping charges are non-refundable and cannot be waived. Some orders will be shipped with A signature option needed, Your tracking number will show such option if used when viewed on the carriers web site. We cannot release this option. Please do not specify any signature release requests on your order as they will not be honored. If you request an order to be split shipped you will incur multiple shipping charges. We do not do 3rd party billing and cannot bill your shipper account for freights. Sorry no COD's.
Warranty will not pay for any shipping charges either direction.
 
Address Corrections.
If the carrier cannot deliver or re-routes your package due to an incorrect address that you may have entered and they bill us for an incorrect address we will charge your credit card for the address correction fee based on whatever the carrier charges us. This will also apply if you re-route the delivery address.
Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days from invoice date.
All returns, exchanges or cancellations are subject to a 
20% restocking fee.
All items must be in the original package and cannot contain any writing on said packing, Items accepted for returns must be new and restockable condition. If an item is found to be non returnable it will be sent back to you and no credit will be issued
. Decals cannot be returned.
 
A "RMA" number will be required for any returns, This does not mean your item will be accepted for a return at that time.
This number must be posted on the outside of your return package, do not write any numbers on the item packing or container.
Any returns must be sent prepaid, any cods, Shipments billed to us
etc will be refused. RMA Numbers are valid for 15 days from issue. Any returns after 15 days may be refused.
Credit or Debit Cards:Your card is not charged prior to shipping your order. When your order is placed we will authorize your card only. If you are using a Bank Debit Card your bank may allocate those funds from your account and may not allow you to use those funds. Once your order is completed your card will be charged. All per-authorized funds can only be released by your bank and its terms. We cannot release a unused debit card authorization from your bank.

For your protection we will only ship orders to your credit card billing address. If you wish to ship to a different address please contact your credit card issuer and add your alternate address to your account with them or you may do a USA Bank certified check or wire transfer in such cases,  Any packages re-routed by a customer will be charged the current fee assessed to us from the carrier. This fee will be charged to the credit card used to place the order.
Helmets:
May be exchanged for sizing only. Helmets must be returned with all original new packaging and contents.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us, Normal restock fee will apply.
Closeouts:
All closeout sales are final and sold as is. No Returns or Exchanges will be authorized.

Sales Tax.
There is currently no sales tax for shipments outside of Arizona. Orders shipped inside of Arizona will be charged our current tax rate and will be figured in your checkout.

Damages:
Report any damages to the shipper (Ups FedEx , Etc) that delivered your package within 3 days. Please retain all packing and boxes.
They will instruct you on how to file a claim, Do Not Send it back to us without prior approval.
Please note that shipped product becomes your property at time of UPS or FedEx pickup. In the event they lose any of your product we will help you file a claim. Product will only be replaced once they have issued a claim and payment number to us. If you opt to have the shorted product replaced, your credit card will be billed at time of reshipment and will be credited back once the shipper has issued payment of a claim. Parker Yamaha is NOT is not liable to replace any lost product as a result of the shippers.
Shortages & Errors
All attempts have been made that your order was checked and confirmed to be correct when it left our shipping department. If a mistake or shortage was made on your order please contact us by phone within 3 days of delivery, Please also retain all packing and have your invoice ready when you call us. Parker Yamaha, FedEx and UPS will not honor claims after a certain amount of days. Please retain all packing and boxes. Re-shipments for any ship errors will be shipped the same method as original order. Any upgrades will be at customers expense.
Used / Installed Items:
Any items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
We do not offer any type of compensation or trade on these type of items.
Clothing:
May be exchanged only in new & unworn, tags must be attached, no refunds can be given on any clothing. Normal restock fees will apply.
Core Charges: For SeaDoo Rebuilt Crankshafts, Cylinders and Shortblocks will be charged. Once we receive an authorization from SeaDoo we will refund your core charge. If you have any questions please call us.
Electrical Parts, Decals, Stickers, Service Manuals, Parts Books, Tools:
Cannot be returned or exchanged all sales are final.
Warranties:
Most Aftermarket parts warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer.
For OEM parts warranties please contact us by phone.
Any warranty parts found to be defective will be replaced, no refunds, labor charges or credit will be issued. Warranty does not cover normal wear items.
Any freight charges incurred to or from us will be your responsibility.

Warranty will not pay for any shipping charges either direction.
We cannot process any warranty without your invoice as proof of purchase.
Pricing:
We reserve the right to change any pricing as needed without notice on any of our advertising, websites etc. In the event a price does increase we will contact you prior to processing your order. We reserve the right to not process  your order at posted price due to price increases,
Prices herein are only valid via online orders and are not valid on phone or walk-in orders.
