Master Lock’s black powder coat Class III Towing Starter Kit includes:  Chrome 2" x 1" Ball * Black powder coat 2" Drop, 1" shank hole ball mount. Receiver pin and clip; factory torque to recommended specifications If the ball mount needs to be changed to the drop or rise position, Master Lock’s One Tool Torque™ system makes it an easy switch. The ball mount has a precision formed steel pin that makes for easy installation when used with the optional One Tool Torque™ Hitch Ball One Tool Torque™ system also prevents damaging the hitch ball during installation.
